Canadian Ski Patrol – eShop Important Information.

Portage Promo is an official National Brand Partner of the Canadian Ski Patrol and donates a percentage of each sale to the CSP.   All logos and variations have been approved by the National Office.  Any inquiries should be sent directly to Portage Promo.  Please do not contact the National office about the eShop.

For now, we are starting with items that we can easily stock so we can ship them to you right away.  With your help and support, the eShop will evolve.  Please do not hesitate to send us your product suggestions.

The eShop is not a “uniform” site.   If your Patrol, Zone or Division would like to put in a bulk order please contact us directly Portage Promo .  We will do everything we can to help you.  Some minimum quantities may apply depending on the item and decoration method.

If you have an issue with any item from the eShop, please contact us immediately.   We can only fix what we know about.  Your feedback is best directed to us so we can address it quickly. 

Ordering: When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email (please check your junk mail just in case) with an order number and details.  The site uses Stripe as the payment portal.  Your credit card statement will show a transaction from Portage Promotionals.

Shipping: The eShop uses the Canada Post shipping plugin and the rates are calculated automatically.  We all know that shipping prices have gone up and we encourage you to bulk your orders, if you can, to reduce fees.   When the order ships you will receive another email saying your order has been completed and there will be a Canada Post Tracking number included.

Returns: All products on the site have a description and if applicable a sizing chart to help you make your selection.  If for some reason a wrong size was ordered, simply mail the item back to us within 10 days and we will send you a new size.   If the items just doesn’t work for you, we will gladly refund your purchase.

If you are not happy with any products you receive from us, please let us know and we will address the issue.  All products are guaranteed against manufacturer defects.
